The roster is manageable, everyone plays, parents and players content, sounds awful. Maybe rethink why you keep your kid on a team with 30 other players, never seeing the field, the coach showcases only several players and you complain every weekend about meaningful minutes. Coach tells you hang in there your kid will hit puberty soon and be a fool, while he brings in other players.
