Igloo was different. They looked like they had a bunch of talented kids, but they just didn’t play well together.

You just summed up the program who takes the shiny new toys each season instead of developing the players they have. Not every kid will stay with the program but when you see 15 new faces each year on a team of course there won't be chemistry. The players and parents bounce from program to program because the grass is always greener. Evaluators fall in love with the big new kid, but guess what, there is a reason they played for 5 different programs. Won't pass, takes too many shots, sound familiar? Be careful what you wish for. Just because you have 50 kids on a roster doesn't mean your doing anything right.
