Who has a better "B" team? Noone from what I see...
As far as B teams go, none are great but Express has the best.
I think most will tell you to go to an A team that's really a B team instead - Hitmen, Recon, True Blue, etc. Even though teams a B level, owners typically care more about them than the bigger clubs.
