Ok, that's fine. NY/NJ/CT/MA/NH are allowed to freely move around with no quarantine.

New Yorkers are not allowed to freely move around to play lacrosse (or any other sport for that matter) - NYS has clearly said that competitive tournaments requiring travel are not allowed
