Elevate is very weak compared to top teams in the 2019 and 2020 age groups and I think that would hold true for other age groups as well. Have mostly seen them in the 2019 and 2020 groups and I believe other younger ages are pretty much the same. They do not draw the same talent other clubs draw so its hard for them to compete at a high level.
