These proposals change nothing if accepted. You will have more closed window communication for juniors for a 2 week period in August and a couple days around holidays. Tournaments and recruiting events will still run the same. And the direct communication Sept 1st is basically the same as it is. Only change is the coaches will not want clubs to list verbal's, which are nothing anyway, and will now just be withheld from public posting.
