You're completely off base here. Pre-first is much more prevalent with the boys than the girls due to slower development. It is very rare when girls go to pre-first. All the boys schools have prefirst while the girls schools don't.

You're right. McDonogh does have prefirst. That's my point. That is the only school that has prefirst for girls. For Boys, BL and Gilman and St. Pauls does as well.
There is not a single girl on M&D 2021 that went to prefirst. I can't speak for the 2019 team.
And the person that said they know plenty of girls that have repeated 8th grade is full of it. That is just not a common practice with girls. Not a single girl on M&D 2020 was a 2019 last year and not a single girl on M&D 2020 will be on M&D 2021 next year.
Someone has been feeding you all bad information. For boys you would be absolutely correct. For girls, you're just making excuses.
