Thanks Hawks Dad. Your lack of self awareness around the entire 26 Hawks community and how obnoxious you all are is part of why the rest of the 26 community can’t stand you.
I only have a 26 player, but have many friends who are involved in lacrosse at all ages. Every one of them has commented about the reputation of the Hawks 26 team as the worst of the worst across all ages. The coach is insane and acts like a lunatic. The parents are beyond obnoxious. And the kids say things on the field to the other teams that everyone involved should be embarrassed about.
So congrats Hawks 26 team. While you have lost your #1 ranking on the field, you remain the #1 team that everyone hates.
The worst part isn’t even the coach. He’s just making a fool of himself and his family. It’s the players attitudes and behaviors on the field towards their opponents and a lot of the time their own teammates that makes you stop and realize what kind of culture the Hawks organization is. The 2026 team is the epitome of the club. But here’s the thing. It’s been like this since day 1 with the team. It’s not changing even if the faces change from year to year. It’s their way. So let the animonsity go and just be glad you’re not associated in any way.
