If we keep moving up the cut off date no kids will have to reclass. Man up like the real sports and have kids play by birth year. Stop coddling your babies- he was young and won't turn 13 until end of summer- who cares? LI boys don't turn 13 until winter months anyway. Hockey and baseball does it right- none of this pansy stuff- you can compete with your own birth year or you can't. If you can't there are other options. You can't hack it in school? No issue- repeat but you still play with your birth year. What is it with parents making kids so soft???
And for the record- who cares if they are reclassing in the Fall??? They have not yet- put the kids where they belong until they do.
