Should be a giant free agency tryout(s)(Pro Day) and all of the teams should come down. Players can fill out a questionnaire and check off what teams they would be interested in hearing from.
Parents can visit all of the team tents and the directors can meet the parents as well.
Then they should have all of the players #s up on a website and pull them off as they commit.Teams could reach out to the remaining ones and sell them on their A or B team.
