Laxachussets is not a great team so I guess we can put Express into that category too. Maybe if they played the other top teams closely, then you can say they are a top team. Until then, you can't. They weren't even close to Igloo, 91, crabs, etc. Not for nothing, but their tournaments were weak. Almost gimmies
