Express 2024 O'Reilly played well in the games I saw. I'm told that team is on their second year and it showed. In the final it seemed like neither team could penetrate the other's defense effectively but O'Reilly's team shared and moved the ball well up close and the '91 combo team wasn't able to get in close. Unusual to see a game with a final score of 4-2.
it was a B team vs. a pickup team. What you saw was an ok/good B Team who has played together for a year plus taking advantage of that familiarity to win in fall ball.

Will they play B again at Mayflower? That will keep them away from Taz, but the other Team will likely get the beat down. Who knows, will the Geese play up in their own tournament? I suppose not, but that would probably be an even matchup.
Express played the Taz on Columbus Day and lose 9-2. They will play each other again and they will get better for it.
As for the Geese, can't see them playing up. They did that last year at Pro Player and got beat up pretty good and all 3 teams they played were asked to take it easy.
