It's 4th grade. Some people choose to stay with a coach if they know that coach works well for their child. Both will be great teams.
Very few great B teams unfortunately, if your looking for that, gotta go A!
And remember that kids get better playing with the best/better kids. Not necessary to play up, but you have to have challenges. So have your kid play at or above his level whenever you can.
