Well, Gulf Coast 91 didn't workout, might as well try MD. Not sure if I get this decision? Market is highly saturated, maybe they're looking for an acquisition target. Are top DMV players leaving Crabs, Madlax, FCA, Hawks, etc. to go to 91? Odd business move.
