Question: For kids who commit early, are they considered "off limits" by other coaches? How much poaching actually occurs? I thought I read that some D1 coaches (Notre Dame?) make no bones about recruiting kids who have given verbals elsewhere. Just wondering to what extent a kid truly takes himself off the market by verbally committing?
