Did Gilman hiring Holman help the program. They’ve won only a few games since he was hired two years ago. He’s a fairly big name in lacrosse ( probably bigger than Deemer’s).
Obviously hasn’t improved team performance. Has he brought in recruits? So why would Deemer be different at JC. Holman attended Gilman so I imagine he’s working his tail off to make the program better but not getting the results.
OC isn't a year-round position like HC - big difference
