CH runs league again. None of the other teams have anyone that can cover the attackman going to uva. Better run zone against them. They seemed to get impatient going against a zone last year but if you do go man your done.
Lacrosse is a team game. Your number one rarely wins you a game in the A Conference semis or finals: its usually your 4, 5 or 6th option on O. The same applies on defense: opposing offenses go after the weak link not the strongest. Of course a super hot FOGO or keeper can be a tipping point.
