Not sure of the format for the Delaware Midnight Mania-
But saying it’s only for the Elite teams and not inviting all the elite teams is weak! There is only so many opportunities to have these teams play each other without bias in a small must play who you get -
Especially when teams are known for dodging teams and even tournaments to avoid being beat!
What “elite” team was not invited? Dodging?
