Since the holdbacks are bigger than on age children, is there a direct correlation between holdbacks and full sized SUV's. I guess I'm asking if all kids that are not being held back arrive at their games in sedans or compact cars.

The only way is to make him a double holdback. Of course with the extra two years of private school cost you will be in the market for one of those 70s suburbans with a couple hundred thousand miles on it. Maybe you could pick up a surplus school bus or something.
