Agree. What a lost that guy is. Sad thing is it’s probably a parent of one of his teammates. Kid is a young 2006. Not even the oldest on that team.
Putting all that aside. And not discussing WSYL. For the regular tournaments they are age based. So unless these kids were left ba k, they cant play in thr Blatant tournaments 2025 division unless they are legit in 6th grade.
Why not no one checks rosters or ages. Lacrosse should adopt the same system soccer uses. Coach has each kids ID's and they hand them out to each player and each kid gives to ref at beginning of game. Even PAL Football is doing a hybrid version of this where the coaches check rosters. Coach has a list with picture of each kid and birth date. US Lacrosse needs to make this change. Seems they make other changes all the time to better the game..
