The stereotype for holdbacks (Crabs, FCA, etc.) is accurate. If you have a kid that is 16 or will turn 16 by the end of 2016 on a 2020 team - they are a holdback.
Not just 16, they are a 2020 holdback if they turn 15 during the season. If they turn 16 during the season they are a double holdback, and Crabs 2020 has a few of those.
What clowns. My son is 2018 and won't turn 16 until October.
