There are two kids on Hawks than could not be on the team if they went back to age based - a middle and an attackman. Both would miss the cutoff by a couple of month. There are no repeat 8th grade Holdbacks on that team like Crabs, FCA, Looneys, etc. There certainly aren't any 16 year olds or kids who will turn 16 by the end of this year.
The only two teams that have 16 or close to 16 year olds are Crabs and FCA. I believe Looney's has 4 but they are young 15 year olds. Crabs and FCA dominate the holdback game, with Crabs far ahead of any other 2020 team. Its just the way they design their teams.
