Its a grade based system and college coaches actively recruit 8th graders. Should we really expect that there would be no holdbacks? I know we all want to blame Crabs but they didnt create this system. I also dont see how its relavant as to which team has the most holdbacks. You either have them or you dont.
You are absolutely correct, but if you are a team full of 16 year old's beating teams made up of 14/15/16 year old's you shouldn't come on here pounding your chest or complaining about a lack of respect. It sounds like they've gamed the system, and hopefully it doesn't affect these kids when they actually have to play against similar aged/sized competition later on
