You are comparing apples to oranges. Some areas and teams are strictly age based on others are grade based. The differences in boys during their 12-14 year old years can be incredible. They should be ranked in order but seperate them by age and grade based tournaments.
Correct - you are comparing Rec teams (age based) to club teams (grade based). Two entirely different levels of competition.
