Still a huge gap between MD and UNC, and the rest of the field. A school would need 2-3 consecutive top recruiting classes (proven on the field) to have a legitimate shot at the NCAA championship. Would love to see it happen but it is a long shot.
Notre Dame has their pick of the litter almost every year and the coach still can't find a way to win...
