The 23 month scenario seems a little far fetched. But I suppose they are out there. Why not hold the October baby back ? What's the rush to get these kids into school for. If its a matter of not paying daycare or something like that let the kid repeat kindergarten. Sorry I just think the parent of the October baby is not looking out for the best interest of their child.
