I find it hard to believe that there were not openings on all of the teams for the right players. Bottom line is that in order to come onto an existing team that's been successful, a kid really has to be a standout and impress the coaches to the point that they believe that kid is worth getting rid of another kid on the already existing roster. I think a lot of people are guilty of wearing "parent goggles" and believe their kid is much better than what he or she really is.
