Look at the preliminary schedules of teams. Regulators only win was over 0-5 Team. You can say they deserve to be in by the rules. 4 Teams get in from a very week 7 team division. Rebels had toughest draw. Rebels will smoke the regulators. If I was a regulator parent/coach/administrator I would so embarrassed taking this. Its not going to help them, It will be the End of them.
