If a team is using age eligible players it’s an issue...Really? IMHO nothing wrong with putting your team in the best position to win. Not kinda stinks for the kids that are part of the team to be moved down the bench, I get that, but maybe consider taking your kid out of that situation. Let him go be a starter on another team. It will make tourneys more enjoyable for your son and you, and so what he is not on the super elite AA team, but it’s a solid team with good coaches. Practice the best players I know is the counter argument, but nothing develops a player more than confidence on the field.
