No one is forcing you or your kid to play lacrosse. If you're afraid of covid, stay home. Leave the rest of us alone. There is no evidence that 13 year olds playing outdoor lacrosse is any riskier than 13 year olds going to school, riding their bikes with their friends, or doing anything else a normal 13 year old does. And there's no evidence that adults standing on sidelines outdoors is any riskier than going to the supermarket. If you want the government to rob your child of years he will never get back, that is your decision. If you want to quarantine your child with his phone and xbox, hoping his brain isn't being rewired by the algorithms, that's your call. The rest of us are convinced by the "science". So do us all a favor, retreat to your corner, throw a blanket over your head, and stop driving with a mask on when there's no one else in the car!
