Again, 2 way street...Parents and Coaches/Directors: Parents are free to leave & coaches have zero ability to cultivate a real team and develop players.
Disagree. Owners, directors, coaches are responsible for creating the culture and developing players. Open and honest communication leads to mutual trust. Yes parents are free to leave but loyalty and respect go a long way towards retention. Programs were never as cutthroat as they are now.
