Correct. 91 has the name and cache so they can just poach kids that someone else developed.
If a kid from program X shows up at program Y’s tryout is that poaching ?
no but I dont think that's what is being referenced , they all do it go after kids from other organizations ...side deals etc pre tryouts its all a part of the game.
