YJ have always been considered the elite club on LI. They just went 0-3 against LI teams. Parents have always tolerated the friends and family program but won't going forward. As it stands they are the 3rd best team on LI. Yes they won Lax for the Cure but you fail to mention Thorn went into a B bracket and didn't have to break a sweat to make the playoffs. They playing short playoff games with fresh legs a huge advantage. Wright's team played in the A bracket and took a beating. Thorn went to Laxin out Loud and chose to avoid competition by going into a lower bracket, yeah we won. For crying out loud Leg was in a higher bracket. Then going to the All Star Express was a joke. Why not go to the Mid Atlantic Summer Club Championship with the rest of the YJ teams. CR doesn't believe in this age group and the 2023 parents don't believe YJ is the end all as they once did.
