The NLF has nothing to do with the Fall Classic, except some of the administrators likely work for both. They are separate entities to the best of my knowledge. And you must get invited to the NLF, you just can’t register is my understanding. You will rarely see other LI clubs participating a part from Express and 91. That was the foundation for creating it.
