How many girls have go on to different travel teams after being with their original ones for some time? All the signs (no playing time, lack of feedback, etc) are there to go but nervous for my daughter and future.
Generally, after 8th grade season, most top teams will cut/demote 4-5 girls and replace them with better players. However after this year, there is much more roster stability. Team may add but they rarely cut.
Mid-tier teams have much less stability since they pick up new players from less teams, pick up new players from better teams, cut underperformers and lose top players to better team.
