Is she on a reputable A team? Does she play for a B team? You may want to start by being completely honest about her skill level. Why do you think she doesn’t play? Is she the 22nd girl on an A team? What are her aspirations for playing in college? At this age if they aren’t playing on the top team in any club then they it may not be worth it. Clubs that have multiple teams are definitely a money grab. The B teams (Nevermind) the teams below that, rarely get the quality coaching or attention. If your daughter loves the game and just wants to play then maybe she is better on a lower level team where she will see the field. Nobody is getting recruited because the stand nicely on the sideline. My advice when she gets to the right age is attend prospect days or camps at colleges she is interested in.
