Terps need a back up F/O guy and have a few other spots that could be upgraded.
No other top FOGO would go there to play second string. So what would be the point? The elite LI FOGOs are on Crush, Terps, FL$ (leaving for Turtles), Leg, Sweetlax, and Empire. None of those kids would even entertain being the second guy. They would be better off training a pole for when the kid has trouble.
