Thanks to whoever posted about top guns because there are not a lot of posts about them for this age group. We are on a lower level team and trying out for the larger clubs. We have Jesters on Thursday and Friday, YJ on Sunday, legacy on Monday and Tuesday. We didn’t sign up for 91 because we don’t get back from vacation till tonight. Looks like adding the top gun tryouts on Saturday will work out for us. How are their coaches? How many girls do they have on the team? Where do they practice?
We are in a younger age group at another club, but most of age groups practice in West Babylon from parents have told us.. We went to the TG camp last week and it was really well organized. Also many of the USA lax girls were there. As for coaching, do not know who coaches but for this age group they are ranked #9 in the country and play at the tier 1 tournaments against top teams.
Shoot your shot, if you are available, don’t see a downside in trying out for TG. pros and cons everywhere but seems like they have results evidenced based on the USA invitee list.
