My Niece plays for Igloo (played) it was said most are going to YJ as a team a few are going to TG and Empire
If you disband an entire team, as in this case, it makes sense that you have a scatter effect with a few girls landing at various clubs. You will likely see one or two make the top teams at TG and YJ, a couple make the second teams. Maybe some show up on Liberty, Elevate or Legacy, those teams are step down competition wise from what Igloo was (individual team and age group specific), but may offer other attractive advantages for an individual. So long as everyone finds a team they are happy with. There is no right place for everyone. My kids switched from Top Program A to Top Program B and it was the best move ever, some of their friends did the same and hated it. Point is every club is different, every team in that club is different , and every players/parents experience on any given team is different. Even if you are on a happy, well established team, you have to roll with all the dynamic changes these teams go through year to year, and hopefully have a good experience all the way through, its a rollercoaster ride.
