Improvise, adapt and overcome, hold backs and older boys are here to stay. You better figure something out other than constantly harping on BOTC

Also said by the parents of the aforementioned sports' parents back in the 80s. It will happen - hopefully it will happen as a result of the sport maturing willingly versus it occurring as the result of a major lawsuit when inevitably an older kid hurts on on-age kid. Then, it will happen as a condition of obtaining insurance for teams and/or tournaments. Frankly, I am surprised insurance carriers are willingly providing coverage under the current grade-based system at reasonable rates.
You're making the assumption that ever tournament is insured.....
