If you are on the blue and white express your team is purely a profit center for the express. The orange teams are as legit as they come. The rest are the gravy train for the company. If you dont make orange when your sons are in their recruiting years, you have to move on. Or you can stay on B and C team and get an invite to national 175, where they had 10 college coaches.
