I think what the person meant about the loyalty comment is that club directors/coaches don't stay LOYAL to some of the players for the season . The same players they pick during the try out (which is a waste of time & a $$ grab) process. Clubs look for "next best thing" and that makes parents look for "the next best thing". Vicious cycle, bad deal but a reality.
