Today's game is very different certainly than when I played in HS and college and even different from 10 years ago. A lot of coaches are still great but more and more we see some coaches playing politics due to the money involved in travel club lax and private training. Both of which didn't exist years ago.
We struggle with it at the national governing level as well as local level.
When people bring up the bias coaches have or their methods of coaching they all too often are told to shut up or that's it's always about playing time. Maybe it is or maybe not but they should at least be heard.
Even though you came at me pretty good I still approved your posts and didn't give you a cross check to the head. Lol. That would have been old school how we were taught. Right?
