On paper sounded like an excellent mission statement. Unfortunately the end result was the coaches and evaluators took the kids they were familiar with. This was a new grade for TB so there were no kids to bump off spots. Kid played his heart out but never got the call because we didnt know the staff. Clearly one of the better kids at the position but too political.
