Lots of good teams in Maryland for player development. I'd say it depends where you live. Those are all good teams but can't imagine they draw many of the same kids. Good amount of geographic distance between them.
There are outliers but teams are centered around three areas:
Baltimore Annapolis Montgomery County
Obviously, some kids are willing to travel but most stick to their home turf. (Probably will change more as they get older.) Pick one of those areas and most of this board can give you a list of 3+ very good options.
