No I am talking about putting kids in danger. I know it goes by grade and not age but having a kid 2 years older than some can be a problem. Like I said a joke. They specifically state 2nd graders can't play up but once a kid is in 3rd he can play against someone 2 years older.

I happen to agree with you. And if an older kid uses his larger mass and speed to break little junior's leg, then people would understand what you mean by dangerous. There should be an age cutoff, not by grade.
