You are ranking 3rd grade teams. You guys have a long way to go. Best kids haven’t even picked up a stick yet. Your 3rd grade studs will be passed quickly by kids that grow faster!

Genetics! Take a quick look at the fathers.
Experience with my older sons. Kids that were rockstars in 3rd and 4th grade are non events now that they are in 7th and 9th grade. Puberty is a weird thing and is a game changer. Kids on my 7th graders team are 5’10 and 170 pounds already. Others are still 5’4” and weigh 100 lbs. Kids will grow faster and stronger and change the landscape. My advice is let them love the game and develop. Oh and don’t be a BadPerson on the sideline.
