You are clueless. DCE offers are out to the boys they want. Absolutely nothing to do with the second tryout for the littles.
Right, offers are most likely out. The point, which you missed entirely, is that the decision to accept or reject those offers depends in large part on whether those same players do, or do not, get offers from NL and ML. Not too complex a concept there my man.
Do these teams give a time limit on how long their offer are good for?
Yeah but the better player you are and the more they want you, the more willing the team is to give you time to consider the offer. "We need to hear back in 24 hrs" means different things to a bubble player versus a guy who has multiple offers.
