If you're being honest about the crossfire game you should also mention that the red extended the game long enough for crossfire to tie it. I believe they played an extra 5 minutes or so. Redshirts were up by 3 or 4 at the actual end of the game. Funny how that got left out of the recap.
Misinformed, time was being kept on the sideline and both teams coaches were aware of it.
I can assure you that both coaches were not aware of it
So I'm sitting in my car, the girl calls the time (multiple time for both halves). The crossfire coach calls it out to the ref and the Redshirt coach who acknowledges him. Maybe the coach on the far end didn't hear it, maybe they were more focused on the game but at least one coach from each team did. It was a good game. The kids had fun. Hopefully we can see more LI MD games.
