HOCO already has rules for spring? Hmm...call me suspect given they typically don't have the game schedules ready until the week before the season starts....and it's usually incomplete.
I don’t know if they have had a rules meeting or not but when the schedule is released has nothing to do with anything related to any age changes - if they actually make any.
